What forms of ID are acceptable and unacceptable?

FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION FOR ENTRY --

Age Requirement: 18+ for entrance, 18+ to purchase alcohol, ID required
 
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION FOR ENTRY:
  • Official South African ID book or Card
  • Official South African Driver's Licence
  • Official South African Passport
  • Official Passport or ID from country of birth
  • A valid foreign government-issued identification card, drivers license or valid passport (must have photo and date of birth) 
UNACCEPTABLE FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION FOR ENTRY:  
  • Student cards
  • Birth Certificates
  • Learner's Licence
  • Photocopies of any identification documents
